Preadviezen / Reports 2012 of the Nederlandse Vereniging voor Rechtsvergelijkend en Internationaal Insolventierecht (NVRII) / Netherlands Association for Comparative and International Insolvency Law (NACIIL). The Association s goal is to promote the interest for and the knowledge of comparative and international insolvency law. The Association was established in 2011.
Its second Annual Conference was held on November 8, 2012, in Amsterdam, with a presentation and discussion of Reports prepared by Robert van Galen, Esq. Nauta Dutilh and Prof. dr. Stephan Madaus, University of Regensburg.
